29 Years…

Today Mark and I are celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary.  To say that today is a special day for us would be an understatement.

Today I’m reflecting on God’s grace, hope, truth, and promises. I’m also enjoying a “staycation” with my husband.  Our boys are both gone and we decided to take money we’d set aside for a little getaway to enjoy our own porch, eat out at restaurants we can’t normally afford, and do some in-town activities we don’t normally do.

Happy Anniversary, Mark.

It’s been a long, hard journey…a celebration is definitely in order!

  6. Marriage may be difficult but divorce is a disaster. It is a horrible painful process even if you are the one desiring the divorce. Believe me I know. I am now married to the love of my life and we are celebrating our anniversary on Wednesday. Here’s to love and marriage. It’s worth fighting for. Congratulations and enjoy many, many more!
