Change is good…and today I’m starting a new type of post. On Motivation Monday, I hope to pose a challenge that motivates both you and I to do the right thing that day (and hopefully days to come!)

Today’s Motivation Monday challenge is this: Move your body.  Take a walk, do an exercise video, get on the treadmill, go to the gym, take your kids on a walk, walk during your lunch hour, do whatever you need to do to move your body today.

God only gives us one body…let’s take care of it!
