Taco Stew…MmmmMmmm Good!

I want to share this yummy, easy recipe with you! My friend, Becky, shared it with me a year ago and it’s become a family favorite!

Taco Soup/Stew

1 lb browned hamburger
1 small onion chopped (or onion flakes)
1 bag frozen corn or 1 can of corn
1 can diced tomatoes w/chilies (10 oz undrained)
1 can plain diced tomatoes (14 oz undrained)
1 can chili beans w/sauce (15 oz undrained)
1 can tomato soup

Dump and Cook! (Crock Pot for 2 hours or on the stove until boiling or even in the microwave!)

For stew, make as is. For soup, add 1 cup water.

Serve with any or all of the following:

Tortilla chips
Shredded Cheese of your choice
Sour Cream
