What is a coach exactly and why do I need one?
Having a coach is like having a personal trainer, but instead of trying to accomplish something with your body, you’re trying to accomplish something in your life. Many people get overwhelmed with life, or writing, speaking, or leadership.
When you have someone in your corner who’s gone before you, you can glean from their wisdom and experience. Not only that, but you’re more likely to make your dreams a reality when your coach is helping you set goals, focus on what’s most important, and think through priorities while providing much-needed accountability along the way.
Many people get overwhelmed with launching something new. They don’t know where to start or they know where to start but aren’t sure of the next right steps to take. That’s where a coach becomes your teacher, cheerleader, and mentor all wrapped in one!
What if you could really move the needle and accomplish your goals?
What if you could change your marriage?
What if you could write the book that’s on your heart?
What if you could take your speaking to the next level?
What if you could identify the next steps you need to take as a leader?
I want to help you do what you want to do!
How does coaching happen?
Another good question!
Because there is value in stepping away from the everyday and focusing solely on your soul, your relationship, your project, or developing your skills, Jill offers three different coaching options and price points. (Jill and Mark also offer the same options for marriage coaching.)
Individual coaching sessions are offered in person in Normal, Illinois or by Skype, Zoom, and phone as well as on-site retreats. Three-day Retreats and Full Week Retreats allow you extended one-on-one time and the opportunity to fully focus on the purpose of your time away. (We can also customize a retreat for anytime from 1 night to two weeks to fit your needs!)
