As promised, here is something from Evan’s journal. We laughed outloud on this one:
Evan, you are almost 5 years old and you love to pretend. Just now you came running in and said, “Mom! I’m a butterfly and Anne says she’s killing butterflies!” You are really fun. For the next 20 minutes I was the “butterfly protector.”
